Monday, 7pm - 8.15pm at Croyde Skate Park

We work out each Monday from 7pm outside the village hall when we finish on the beach from autumn through the winter with a demanding (but fun) circuits session that involves stretching, weights, running, boxing - you name it, we do  it.

We meet at Croyde Skate Park at 7pm for 75 minutes if you’re up for some circuit training in a friendly, occasionally dry, outdoor setting.

Due to ongoing global shenanigans, if you own own set of boxing gloves and pads please bring them (you’ll be punching the air, not each other). If you have a skipping rope please bring it.

Basically it’s a friendly lo-fi workout where you’ll sweat whilst having fun (if you’ve seen the Rocky 4 training montage where Rocky carries trees on his back while Drago is hooked up to the latest machinery, we are very much Team Rocky although we do draw the line at actual trees).
